What we do not collect

• No names, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses — there is no form to submit.
• No case numbers, claim numbers, medical information, or notice codes.
• No account creation and no login.

Our tools run in your browser

The Prepare for your next update tool and the paperwork checklist work entirely on your device. Your stage selection is held in the page while you use it and is not transmitted to us or stored after you leave. Printing happens locally through your browser.

Technical information

Like most websites, our hosting provider processes standard request information — such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested — in order to serve pages and maintain security. We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate measurement to understand which guides are read. We do not sell information, and we do not build advertising profiles of readers.

Links to other sites

Our guides link to government agencies and to ablien.org. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control. Read their policies before entering information anywhere.

Correspondence privacy

We never publish recipient details, secure codes, or private notice links from lien correspondence. Please do not send us copies of your notices — send them to your attorney instead.
